CMG manages the entire construction process from design to completion. The designers and builders work closely with a core group of builders who complete the majority of work in-house, which keeps quality control tight and decisions quick.
If changes are made and cost implications arise, the price is reviewed and agreed upfront before any additional work is started.

For projects over $20k, a fee applies for the time allotted to an accurate quotation. If you accept the quote, that fee is deducted from the final contract price.

Chris Gardner
Four years in the Australian Defence Force and time as a restaurateur came before Chris completed his apprenticeship and mastered his trade. He founded CMG Building & Design in 2017, and his restaurant background gives him a real feel for hospitality fitouts.
Ali Schaefer
Former professional soccer player with a Masters in Screen Production from Griffith University. Ali joined CMG in 2019 and looks after operations, social media and photo coverage of the team's favourite projects.
